Today, the minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Bajram Hasani, hosted at an introduction meeting the accredited Austrian ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Gernot Pfandler, accompanied by Ms. Eva Elisbeth MICHLITS, the first Secretary and Council at the Austrian Embassy in Pristina, and Ms. Vjosa Huruglica, the President of Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.
The Austrian Ambassador, Mr. Pfandler congratulated minister Hasani for his new assignment in a position of Head of MTI, on which occasion he informed minister Hasani about the Austria and Kosovo collaborating relations both countries had in the past in economic area, which should continue further in the future, for what the minister Hasani thanked the Austria in his and the ministry’s behalf for the support in state-building process of the Republic of Kosovo in general, and in particularly in economy development.
Further, Minister Bajram Hasani during his discussion has asked Austria for their support and their presence in investments in different areas of economy, adding that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are doing their best to create a favorable investment conditions, being aware for their importance in the economic development of the country and possibility of walking Kosovo along with other countries in the region, and our goal to move forward toward the European Union.
