By order of the Minister of Trade and Industry, Vesel Krasniqi, Market Inspectorate Inspectors of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, have gone to the field to see closely the implementation of Decision No. 01/42, dated on 11.11.2020, of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, (item 20) on general and specific measures for protection from the COVID-19 pandemic for the performance of business activity according to the rules established based on this decision.
During the inspections, market inspectors have informed the businessmen that the new measures, according to the government's decision, should be strictly respected to prevent the spread of the pandemic, which has as its primary purpose the protection of public health.
According to the chief market inspector, Lulzim Syla, the inspection action will continue until late hours on Friday as well as other days and nights to show businesses that inspectors will be present at all times to check businesses if they are implementing the measures.
