The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade denies today’s news of the online newspaper Insajderi, entitled “The Ministry of Rozeta Hajdari has granted a tender to the company that has deceived the state”.
MIET informs the citizens that regarding the tender "Supply of additional laboratory equipment and accessories for existing laboratories of the Kosovo Metrology Agency" – Lot 10 Scale-Comparator for Mass Laboratory, have been implemented all procedures of the Public Procurement Law (LPP).
At the beginning of this process, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade has eliminated the Economic Operator as unsuitable for further procurement procedures. Based on this, Economic Operator has submitted a complaint against this decision to the Procurement Review Body (PRB). According to the decision No: 267/22 of the PRB (so-called in the insider's writing: "Tender Court") approves the complaint of the Economic Operator and returns the same for the re-evaluation procedure.
After accepting the PRB decision, MIET by respecting LPP provisions and PRB decision, is in the process of developing the tender re-evaluation procedure: "Supply of additional laboratory equipment and accessories for the existing laboratories of the Kosovo Metrology Agency" – Lot 10 Scale-Comparator for Mass Laboratory.
We inform you that the Cabinet of Minister Hajdari has not yet received the agreement for signature, concerning the process in question.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, especially the Cabinet of Minister Hajdari, assures you that the progress of the re-evaluation procedure of this tender will be transparent and in accordance with the legal provisions of the LPP and by-laws.
