The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade announces that Decision No 6094-1 on Regulation of Prices of Petroleum Products and Renewable Fuels and Other Protective Measures, dated 06.10.2022, expired on 08.11.2022
Based on the evidence and analyses of the Kosovo Customs, in cooperation with the Market Inspectorate and the Department of Market Regulation of Oil (MIET), the price of petroleum products in the market today is the result of the increase in the price of imported petroleum products.
In the event of an unreasonable increase in the prices of petroleum products, the Ministry of Industry, Enterpreneurship and Trade will issue a decision on price regulation and other protective measures, according to the Administrative Instruction on the Regulation of Prices of Petroleum Products and Renewable Fuels and Other Protective Measures and with evidence from daily reports from the Market Inspectorate, Kosovo Customs, Kosovo Tax Administration, as well as in consultation with the Competition Authority, the Association of Oil Workers and individual oil businesses and consumers.
