During this meeting, Mr. Hesoun and his colleagues were informed about the latest developments with increasing economic and democratic indicators in Kosovo and about the new reforms for improving the environment for doing business and protecting investments in our country.
The discussions of this meeting also emphasized the priorities and the mutual will to deepen the exchanges in the field of professional training for the needs of the industry, the necessary support in finalizing the drafting of the Law on the Economic Chamber of Kosovo, and the expansion of cooperation in new economic fields in the scope of the sixth session of the Joint Kosovo-Austria Economic Committee, which will be held within the first half of this year.
The WKO functions as a federal parent organization for nine state chambers and 110 trade associations pertaining to various industries within the Austrian economic system.
