The visit started at the Gacaferi factory, an industrial furniture production company, where they were welcomed by the owner Mr. Naim Gacaferri and the remarkable workers of this company.
Emphasizing the importance of the wood industry, they were fascinated by the commitment of the owners and the entire team to provide high quality products at every level.
With boundless creativity and tradition in the furniture industry dating back to 1957, Gacaferri produces kitchens, furniture and accessories, with high quality standards for the local and international market.
The visit continued to the Mobile Dekor factory, where they were closely acquainted with the new technology with increased mobile production quality and increased exports.
With the owner of this company, Mr. Mentor Zeka, talked about the growing innovation in the wood industry and the importance of engaging local businesses with competence, to contribute to dual education for improving the qualifications of the workforce and unfolding the further potential of the local industry.
Mobile Dekor, as one of the beneficiaries of the grant scheme of the CERP project with funding from the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, with the aim of increasing competitiveness and readiness for export, has supported technology advancement, standardization, training and digitization.
While visiting the Bakalli Metal factory, a company with high-quality metal construction products, Minister Hajdari and Deputy Minister Kelmendi were surprised by the will and high success of the owner, Mr. Flamur Bakalli, from a small family business, now with increased exports to the European market and new international partnerships for supply from Bakalli Metal.
From Mr. Bakalli were informed that the key to the success achieved so far is the evaluation and motivation of the workers, while two of the workers of this factory who had migrated to Germany, have returned to their workplace at Bakalli Metal.
Minister Hajdari said that our government is committed to creating a favourable environment for businesses, where employees can feel valued and motivated because the successes of small, medium and large businesses are the successes of our society.
