The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, through the Central Market Surveillance Inspectorate, informs customers that hundreds of products posing a serious risk to users have been seized.
The identification of these products was based on notifications from the RAPEX system and domestic market surveillance, which revealed that they do not meet the basic criteria for product safety. This has led to the seizure of a significant amount of hazardous electrical and mechanical devices that pose a risk to customers.
In compliance with current legislation, the Market Inspectorate has issued a large number of fines to violators.
