The Minister of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Ms. Rozeta Hajdari, signed the Administrative Instruction No. 06/2024 on Determining the Rules and Procedures for the Administration of Import Quotas
With the signing of this Instruction, we have established standards and methods for the distribution of import quotas, based on the best national and international practices, the agreements of the World Trade Organization, and the legislation of the European Union.
Through this very important and necessary Instruction on the Foreign Trade of the Republic of Kosovo, we will contribute to the correct implementation of the provisions for fee quotas and the non-discriminatory administration of restrictions on imported products.
All economic operators who apply for fee quotas will be treated equally, with clear criteria and methods for the distribution of import products.
