1. Duties and responsibilities of the State Reserves Department are:
1.1. In cooperation with Budget and Finances Divisions plans and manages the budget for state reserves;
1.2. Proposes, designs and ensures implementation of legislation on state reserves;
1.3. Proposes, designs and ensures implementation of strategic policy documents on state reserves;
1.4. Plans and manages state reserves goods and obligatory reserves of crude petroleum.
2. Head of the Department of State Reserve reports to the General Secretary.
3. Number of employees in the State Reserves Department is six (6).
