The joint action resulted in the inspection of 123 economic entities, namely 73 economic operators who carry out commercial activities – body maintenance activities (massage centers) and 50 economic operators who carry out commercial activities – other entertainment and recreation activities (night music).
Inspectors of the Central Inspectorate of Market Surveillance, in accordance with their legal competences, have temporarily closed 12 economic operators throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, due to non-registration of businesses, as well as the lack of consent/decision to meet the minimum technical conditions.
Against economic operators who were carrying out their activity in violation of the law, 14 punitive measures have been imposed in accordance with the legislation in force.
The Central Inspectorate of Market Surveillance, in accordance with its competences and legal mandate, will continue inspections in the coming days and if violations are found, measures will be taken to prohibit the exercise of the activity, as well as other punitive measures in accordance with the current legislation in force.
