“We have come a long way. Today we bring stories of work, dedication and vision, but also success stories that show that when women are given the opportunity, they achieve extraordinary results”, said the Minister.

Kusari-Lila assessed that women’s path to success has not been easy, but emphasized that today they stand as evidence of their potential, skills and contribution to the economic and social development of the country.

According to her, the “She Rises” conference aims to promote and support the rise of women in entrepreneurship, creating spaces for networking, exchange of experiences and further economic empowerment of women in Kosovo.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said that women who have chosen to invest, undertake business initiatives and lead companies are making an important contribution to the country’s economic development.

He also praised the progress of women in political life, saying that in recent years Kosovo has seen more and more women leading with knowledge, professionalism and high competence.
