At the “She Rises 2026” conference, discussions are continuing in the panel “Access to Finance and Financial Support for Women Entrepreneurs”, with panelists Leonora Kusari (EBRD), Nora Arifi (FKGK), Vesa Vuçitërna, Communications Officer, and Vlora Mehanja Ibrahimi (CBK), moderated by Teuta Ukshini (SCAAK), the challenges faced by women in accessing finance, ownership, and inheritance were discussed.
During the discussions, the need for more financial support, banking products tailored to women entrepreneurs, increased awareness of property and inheritance rights, and the empowerment of women in decision-making was emphasized.
Following this conference, the panels “Success Stories and Empowerment of Women in Entrepreneurship” and “Women’s Employment in Kosovo: Barriers, Discrimination, and the Gap in the Labour Market” will also be held, where the successful experiences of women entrepreneurs and the challenges of women’s participation in the labour market will be discussed.
