The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, received in a meeting the executives of the company “Gacaferi 1957”, Naim and Urim Gacaferi, with whom she discussed the development of the company, the possibilities of further expansion and its role in promoting Kosovo products in international markets.
During the meeting, the Minister praised the journey of the company, which for decades has built a success story in the production of kitchens, furniture and interior design, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovation.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that “Gacaferi 1957”, with 26 employees and concrete plans for expansion, proves that quality, dedication and innovation are the foundation of a competitive business, not only in the domestic market, but also in the international one.
Minister Kusari-Lila and the company’s executives also discussed the further development of work processes through technology, including the possibility of developing an application that would enable customers to visualize kitchens digitally in their spaces, before the implementation of the project
Also, during the conversation, the importance of the Kosovo diaspora as a powerful bridge for the expansion of exports and the penetration of Kosovar products in the markets of Switzerland, Germany and other European countries was emphasized.
The Minister also praised the company’s long-term cooperation with Italian partners, which has contributed to its success over the years. As proof of this cooperation, the head of the company, Naim Gacaferi, has been honoured with the title of Honorary Consul by the Embassy of Italy.
On this occasion, Kusari-Lila emphasized that businesses like “Gacaferi 1957” are the best example that tradition, quality and innovation can walk together, creating products that represent the Republic of Kosovo with dignity in international markets.
