The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, together with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, and the Deputy Minister of Economy, Getoar Mjeku, held a meeting with representatives of the Kosovo-Turkish Chamber and the Ambassador of Turkey to Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı.
During the meeting, the conditions for doing business in Kosovo, the new opportunities that are being created through industrial zones and parks, as well as the increased participation of Turkish businesses and capital in the manufacturing sector in the country, were discussed.
Also part of the discussions was the expansion of economic cooperation between Kosovo and Turkey, including the possibility of including services within the framework of the Free Trade Agreement between the two countries.
The meeting emphasized that Kosovo’s investment potential is constantly growing, supported by capital projects, the development of road and energy infrastructure, as well as institutional commitment to creating a more competitive and sustainable environment for local and international investors.
Minister Kusari-Lila assessed that Kosovo is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for investments, industrial development and long-term economic partnerships.
