The Minister of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, together with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Mr. Fikrim Damka, received representatives of the Turkish company Desird Design R&D – Engin ÖZTÜRK, Hüseyin Emre KAZAN, Ömer GÜVEN and Yücel GÜMRÜKÇÜ,
Regarding this meeting, Minister Kusari-Lila stated that they discussed with Turkish entrepreneurs the possibilities of expanding economic cooperation and making investments in Kosovo.
According to the minister, Desird Design R&D is a company specialized in technology (R&D), the production of electronic devices and mechatronic systems, which exports its products to over 60 countries around the world. She added that this company also applies the circular economy, reusing metal and glass elements for the construction industry.
Also, at the meeting, the possibility of making an investment in the Industrial Zone in Frashër, Mitrovica, where we are building an industrial park, a project that in the initial phase is expected to create dozens of new jobs, with potential for further expansion, was discussed.
Minister Kusari-Lila emphasized that she remains committed to increasing industrial infrastructure and local production and the value of Made in Kosovo products.
