From 1997–1999, President of Students Independent Union in Prishtina University and Leader of Students Movement of 1997-1999;
From 1999–2000, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in provisional Government of Kosova;
From 2000–2001: Vice President of Parliamentary Party of Kosova;
From 2001-2004: Member of Assembly of Kosova and Head of Parliamentary Group of AAK. First Deputy Chairman in Commission for Public Affairs and member of Commission for Education, Science and Technology, and also member of Commission for Media;
From 2001: Member of Presidency of AAK;
From 2000: Assistant to Professor in Philosophical Faculty;
In Parliamentary Elections, was reelected Member of Kosova Assembly.
