According to the Law for the Trade of Strategic Goods, Kosovo Customs is responsible for supervising the actual export, import, transit, transshipment, and any other customs procedure related to strategic goods. It is also responsible for evaluating the conformity of the goods with the issued license.
Persons seeking to engage in the export, import, transit, or transshipment of strategic goods must undergo customs clearance when bringing goods into and taking them out of Kosovo.
