Bernard Nikaj

He has an experience from many years as an independent consultant on public sector management.  During this time he has worked on issues of public finance reforms, functional reviews and on public administration reforms, with particular emphases on economic development area and reforms of social schemas, also implementation of the health management system. Currently is a candidate for PhD in Governance and
Public Policy at the University of the Maastrichtit in the Netherlands.

He has completed MSC –post graduated studies in Management Information System at the London School of Economics (LSE), as a beneficiary of the Chevening Scholarship from British Council. Base studies has completed in the Faculty of Economics, University of Pris(h)tina.
