Nehat Mustafa is born on 9 September 1971, in Ferizaj.
He has finished primary and secondary school in his hometown, and in 1995 finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Philosophy, and Department of History.
In September 1997, he finished all the exams in post-graduate studies at the History Department. In 2013, he finished MND studies in Education (Master's Level II – Science) at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences. For a time he worked as a teacher of History, in one of schools of Ferizaj.
Political posts: He is a member of the DPK (Democratic Party in Kosovo) Steering Committee and vice president of KDP branch in Ferizaj.
Current position: Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Trade and Industry

He is married with Mrs. Aferdita Mustafa, and has two kids.
