Kujtim Isa, Political Advisor

Kujtim Isa, born on 25.03.1986 in Mitrovica.
He finished primary and secondary school in the birthplace.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economy, Department Management and IT at the University of Prishtina in 2009.
Graduated in Master degree studies in the same department in Faculty of Economics at University of Prishtina in 2014.
He was part of the first generation of International Business College in Mitrovica, IBCM, in a selection of only 10 students at the country level.
Kujtim Isa worked as business credit analysts, in ProCredit Bank in 2009.

In 2010, he started working in the Ministry of Local Government Administration, in position of Local Reform Senior Official within Department of European Integration and Sector Development. He participated actively in policy-making for municipalities operation in the decentralization process.

He was part of the delegation in Brussels for establishment of new municipalities and their operation in territories with citizens of different ethnicities, as well as in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was part of the Liaison Office of the MLGA and ICO in Mitrovica during establishment of North Municipality.

Later on in 2012, he began working in the Administrative Office in North Mitrovica, MNAO, in  position Senior Official for Budget and Finance and later Chief of Department of Budget and Finance. In December 2013 he was appointed Director of Culture, Youth and Sport in municipality of Mitrovica. In March of 2014 was announced the director with highest performance at municipal level. In December 2014 he was listed in the list of directors who have carried out the planned budget to 97.6%.
Kujtim Isa is president of the Youth Forum of LDK branch in Mitrovica and member of Central presidency of  YFLDK.
