Biografy:
He was born on March 3, 1973, in the village of Banja, Municipality of Malisheva.
He finished the elementary school in "Naim Frashëri" in 1988, and high school in "Avdyl Frashëri" in Malisheva, in1992.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina in 2000, whereas his master's degree he completed at the College of Business in Prishtina, Department of Public Finance, in 2012.
Work experience:
01.09.2000-01.09.2001 – Tourism Officer in the Directorate for Economy, Budget and Finance in the Municipality of Malisheva;
01.06.2003-09.11.2005 – Head of the Inspectorate in the Directory for Economy, Budget and Finance in the Municipality of Malisheva;
09.11.2005-21.01.2008 – Head of Treasury in the Directory for Economy and Finance in the Municipality of Malisheva;
21.01.2008-29.09.2017 – Director of Economy, Budget and Finance.
October 2017 to February 2020 – Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.
On June 4, he was appointed Minister of Trade and Industry.
He is married and has three (3) children.
