- Street markets, bazaars and markets are considered as a shopping malls and are closed as being Shopping Malls;
- Hotels must close gastronomy activities (restaurants, buffets, etc.) Guests will be served with in-room meals. The hotel must ensure that it has accurate guest information, where they came from and that will take action in accordance with the instructions provided by the Ministry of Health;
- Also, specific companies (utilities, financial services, and electronic communications) can provide services to an indispensable extent, but with reduced time and staff. In advance, they need to make sure that some of their operations are passed on to electronic channels.

[3] Mixed offer economic operators: sales and service, eg: bakery (sells dishes and serve the same inside the shop); pastry shops/burek (sells and serves); kebabs, pastry, dish, and other foods.
Whereas, gas stations (sell fuel, lubricants, accessories, but also have cafes and restaurants); car-washing, and similar occasions, which both sell products but also serve should only sell, whereas beverage and food service must be prohibited!

The responsible people of the economic operators are obliged that within the business premises ensure that the distance between people present at the premises is at least 1 meter, the rest of the people should wait in line outside.
[4] Manufacturers and construction workers may not stop production, but must take measures of organizing the work such as shifts to reduce the number of people staying in production and to ensure a minimum distance of 1 meter at all times.
The presence of other persons in business premises other than sellers and buyers is prohibited. The responsible persons of the economic operator are obliged that within the production facility of the construction field ensure that the distance between the persons is at least 1 meter.
