After three visits of Thaci in Italy, Mantova with concrete investments in Kosovo

​​​​​​​During a visit to Mantova of Italy, the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Faton Thaçi, has held meetings with various businesses who have expressed their interest in investing their capital in the Republic of Kosovo, specifically in the Agriculture sector.

Thaci has met the owner of the "Giallograno" factory, Pierpaolo Cavaglieri, where it is expected that in the coming month of this year to come in Kosovo with concrete investments.

Cavaglieri is expected to invest in Kosovo in agriculture sector and the fruit and vegetable processing industry, which will generate new jobs and strengthen the agricultural sector.

By this undertaken step, the producers will be made aware by providing information and advice, increasing the production capacity and ensuring the market for the sale of agro-cultural products.

Thaci told Cavaglieri the conditions that Kosovo offers for a foreign investor, adding that a number of conditions have been adopted that offer facilities for foreign businesses which express their wish to invest their capital in Kosovo.

The Deputy Minister assured that Kosovo has made progress in the field of foreign investments with the adoption of legal infrastructure, business conditions of doing business and fiscal policies.

In this visit, he is accompanied by the Director of Agriculture in the Municipality of Malisheva, Murat Hoxha, that this municipality is expected to have investments from the businesses of Mantova. 

The delegation was accompanied by a migrant who lives and works in Italy, Ragip Berisha, who helped to establish contacts with Italian businesses.
