The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari and the Mayor of Podujeva, Mr. Shpejtim Bulliqi, signed the agreement for the realization of the General Park project in Livadica – Podujevë.
With a capital investment of nearly four million euros, this initiative marks the beginning of a new space for local and international businesses.
The goal is clear and common for the creation of a favorable environment for doing business and the possibility of cooperation between businesses as an ecosystem, for the unfolding of the productive potential for further development of the industry, to encourage investments, increase exports and increase decent employment.
The value of the main project for the construction of the General Park in Livadica of Podujeva is EUR 3,882,152.00, where the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade will finance the project with the amount of EUR 3,500,000.00, while the municipality of Podujeva will contribute with the amount of 382,152.00 euros.
The park in Livadica of Podujeva is located in a strategic position and will offer 52 plots for local and foreign businesses.
