The Decision was signed by Minister Kusari-Lila and enters into force on the day of signing.
According to the Decision, Mr Artan Demolli will exercise the duties and responsibilities of the Secretary General in accordance with the legislation in force.
With the entry into force of this Decision, previous decisions regarding the exercise of this duty, a position which has so far been exercised by Agim Xhuraj, are repealed.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation remains committed to continuing its institutional functioning and fulfilling its obligations within the framework of its mandate.
