In the best interest of clarity to public opinion, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade inform that:
The Commission for the Review of Complaints for the Registration of Businesses, after verifying all the available documentation for Klan Kosova L.L.C, has ascertained that the decision of the first instance was fair and in full accordance with the laws into force in the Republic of Kosovo.
This is so, after the Commission obtained the current documentation from the relevant institution in North Macedonia, for the “Actual Owners of the Business Entity", in which documentation it has found that Kosovo is presented again as part of Serbia.
Based on this documentation, which can be found below (see p. 1 and 3), the Commission has rejected the complaint submitted by the party in the procedure, confirming the same violation of the Constitution that KBRA found in the first instance.
Each party in the procedure has the right to appeal against the decisions rendered by the KBRA. However, violations of the Constitution can never be considered "technical" issues.
