This forum brought together businesses from Kosovo and Turkey, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and expanding investment opportunities, where other representatives of the Government Cabinet are also participating.
At the opening of the forum, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti, during his speech, said that Kosovo represents an ideal destination for Turkish businesses that seek to rebuild their production units in a country oriented towards democratic values and economic stability.
The forum continued with two panels where Deputy Minister Arifaj was part of the discussion and presented opportunities for sustainable investments in Kosovo.
He spoke about the opportunities and potential to invest in various sectors, emphasizing wood processing, including furniture, metal processing, plastics and ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
Also, Deputy Minister Arifaj used this opportunity to invite potential investors to visit Kosovo, in order to become familiar with the good climate for doing business, with advanced legislation for sustainable investments, according to the principles for responsible investment, supported by the United Nations and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
