In order to enable the access of notaries to the data of the Kosovo Business Registration Agency through the digital system, the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari, signed the memorandum of cooperation with the Minister of Justice, Mrs. Albulena Haxhiu.
This memorandum defines the procedures for the exchange of data, the setting of security rules, the relevant procedures for access and use of data, as well as the creation of the necessary administrative facilities for inter-institutional cooperation between the respective institutions in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the notary service.
The digitization of the notary system in Kosovo will enable the harmonization of all internal procedures in a centralized and interconnected system that enables easier access to services, accurate and verified information in real time.
