She emphasized that at the first conference in this mandate, for women in business, she spoke with women openly and without filters about the reality they face every day, from the challenges in business development and management, to the responsibilities as mothers. The minister further added that it is precisely this difficult balance that makes their success even more valuable and inspiring.
The minister said that beyond the discussion, she reiterated the institutional commitment to ensure that these challenges do not remain just topics of discussion, but are addressed with concrete policies. She also said that we are working on creating new opportunities through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund, with a focus on easier access to financing, innovation and actual support for women-led businesses.
Kusari-Lila said that this event, organized by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, together with the Women’s Economic Forum and the Kosovo Women’s Network, confirmed once again: when women support each other, change is not only possible, it is inevitable.
Women in business are not just building companies. They are building the future of Kosovo.
