At the Ministry of Trade and Industry, has been signed virtually a Memorandum of Understanding, between the Business Registration Agency of the Republic of Kosovo and the Agency for Public Legal Records and Related Services of the Republic of Slovenia.
This memorandum aims at cooperation in the field of registration, change and termination of businesses consisting in the field of the latest and most advanced technology for business registration.
The Director of the Kosovo Business Registration Agency, Nexhmie Selimi, on the occasion of signing the memorandum, said that the memorandum aims commitment to promote cooperation between responsible Kosovo institutions and Slovenia, as well as to improve innovation and strengthen the national business registration systems to ensure proper administration in the protection and exercise of procedural rights.
According to Director Selimi, the purpose of this memorandum is to establish a framework on cross-border cooperation and implementation of joint activities between the parties.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Burim Rreci considered this memorandum as fruitful in strengthening institutional cooperation in the field of business registration between the two countries.
