Today, the Minister of Trade and Industry Hykmete Bajrami has visited the municipality of Kosovo Polje, and was hosted by the Major of this municipality, Burim Berisha.
The Mayor of Kosovo Polje municipality informed minister for the steps undertaken to felicitate and create an appropriate and easy doing business environment in this municipality. These steps had a positive effect in municipality economic development and has increased its incomes.
Minister Bajrami praised the commitment of the mayor in creating sustainable conditions for businesses and also expressed her readiness to organize a joint conference with businesses operating in Kosovo Polje, to discuss further advancement of policies affecting growth and expansion of businesses, taking into account economic and tourist potential that owns the municipality and the necessity of their affirmation.
Also they discussed the issues of economic development zone in this municipality and cooperation of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Municipality of Kosovo Polje for bringing into life this zone, as defined by the applicable legislation on economic zones.
