Yesterday (3 February), the minister of Trade and Industry, Hykmete Bajrami, met representatives of Kosovo Winery Association “Enologjia”, headed by association’s president Fejzullah Berisha; Vice-president Nevzat Haxhijaha and the secretary Bejtullah Haxhimurati.
Yesterday (3 February), the minister of Trade and Industry, Hykmete Bajrami, met representatives of Kosovo Winery Association “Enologjia”, headed by association’s president Fejzullah Berisha; Vice-president Nevzat Haxhijaha and the secretary Bejtullah Haxhimurati.
Minister Bajrami informed Kosovar winemakers on policies taken so far by the Government to improve the business environment and economic development. She added that so far have been achieved significant results, the effects of which are felt by businesses.
Leaders of the "Enologjia" thanked Minister Bajrami for hosting them and for the institutional commitment to facilitate business’s activities. They pointed out that the wine industry sector in Kosovo has advanced significantly and the growth trend is quite optimistic. Association representatives also spoked about the challenges currently facing in regard to export of their products in foreign markets and urged for country's government support in overcoming these obstacles.
Minister Bajrami vowed that the MTI and the government institutions will engage seriously in considering all demands that can be treated by the government of the Republic of Kosovo.
