The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari, together with Deputy Minister, Mr. Resul Makreshi, Chief of Cabinet, Mr. Kushtrim Dakaj and Vice Director of the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (KBRA), Mrs. Lebibe Haliti, received today representatives of car rental economic operators.
A day before, Mr. Dakaj and Mrs. Haliti reached an agreement with the same representative to consider the possibility of an additional deadline for the implementation of this decision, in order to receive comments/suggestions, which will be analyzed and integrated through supplementing and amending the administrative instruction before its entry into force.
In today's meeting, Minister Hajdari heard the same concerns of representatives of economic operators and reiterated her readiness to consider each request and suggestion from them. Representatives of car rental economic operators were assured the day before of such readiness by the above-mentioned senior officials of MIET, who were present at the meeting together with the Minister.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade reiterates that it remains open to address the concerns of any economic operator in accordance with legal provisions and is ready to cooperate in this direction.
At the same time, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, through its mandate, is committed to strengthening the role of consumer protection and the protection of citizens' lives.
