Minister Hajdari met with Konstantinos Hatzidakis, Minister of Economy and Finance of Greece

During the Berlin Process Forum of Economic Ministers, which was held in Tirana, the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, met with Mr. Konstantinos Hatzidakis, Minister of Economy and Finance of Greece.

In this bilateral meeting, the Greek minister Mr. Hatzidakis expressed interest in deeper economic cooperation between the two countries, considering that Greek exports are number two in Kosovo.

He also stressed out that the Greek companies want to expand their presence in Kosovo and that there are already several Greek businesses in our country.

Minister Hajdari informed the Greek minister Mr. Hatzidakis with the advantages that the Republic of Kosovo provides in the area of foreign investments, doing business and the rule of law environment.

She invited her Greek counterpart to visit Kosovo in order to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries, in particular for the trade of goods, services and investments, as well as to increase participation in bilateral cooperation of private sector companies from both countries, especially small and medium enterprises.

The Greek minister expressed his condolence and his interest to better understand the current situation in the north of Kosovo, upon which the Minister explained that it was a terrorist attack by individuals well-prepared and well-equipped with the help of Serbia.
