In the course of visits to the municipalities, the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, met yesterday with the Mayor of the Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Imri Ahmeti, with whom she talked about the continuation of the construction of the economic zone in the Municipality of Lipjan, funded by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET).
In order to improve the business environment and increase competitiveness, MIET is in the process of evaluating the performance of all certified and funded economic zones so far and at the same time finalizing the new Law on Economic Zones in order to increase their effectiveness and to strengthen the efficiency of the selection processes, the allocation of land plots as well as the relevant monitoring processes.
