Yesterday, the minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Bajram Hasani, hosted at an introductory meeting the German Ambassador in Pristina, Mr. Christian Heldt.
The new ambassador in this meeting was accompanied by Deputy Chief of Mission, Mr. Jan Alex Alex Voss. At this introductory meeting they congratulated each other on taking up the new assignment.
Minister Hasani thanked Ambassador Heldt for the Germany’s continued support given to Kosovo and asked for this good spirit of cooperation to be further deepened.
Ambassador Heldt emphasized that the economy is one of the most important sectors for country development.
Minister Hasani has presented to the ambassador his objectives which he intend to fulfill during his leadership.
They also discussed the possibility of organizing a conference in Germany, in which potential German investors will have the opportunity to be informed on business climate, investment opportunities and on facilities which provides the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to foreign investors, specifically from the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
