The Minister of Trade and Industry, Vesel Krasniqi, has decided to temporarily ban palm oil and the import of cheese and similar cheese products with vegetable fat (palm oil).
This decision obliges the inspection mechanisms of Kosovo institutions to inspect and at the same time oblige the economic operators to separate the dairy products with vegetable fat (palm oil) from those of animal origin in the trade points in the market. of Kosovo.
