The Minister of Trade and Industry, Vesel Krasniqi, received the President of the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo (CDBK), Skender Krasniqi, and his associates.
Minister Krasniqi informed the representatives of the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo about the objectives of the Ministry of Trade and Industry for the possibilities of supporting Kosovar businesses to overcome the crisis caused by the pandemic.
Minister Krasniqi pledged that among his most important priorities are the support of local producers and their empowerment in exports through support programs provided by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
The Minister also explained to the CDBK representatives about the support packages of the Government of Kosovo, which will help businesses, which is expected to be implemented in 2021, including about 70 percent of businesses.
At the meeting was also discussed the continuation of cooperation between CDBK and MTI in overcoming the challenges that are facing businesses.
