The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, held a meeting with the President of RIT Kosovo, Dr. Albina Balidemaj, Associate Dean, Dr. Leandrit Mehmeti, and Head of Development, Xhavit Gashi, with whom she discussed opportunities for cooperation in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation and technological development.
During the meeting, the importance of linking education with labour market needs was emphasised, so that study programmes reflect business requirements and young people acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully integrate into the labour market.
Part of the discussion was also dedicated to opportunities for developing joint projects in support of entrepreneurship, start-ups and innovative ideas. These initiatives aim to create greater opportunities for academic knowledge to be transformed into concrete solutions for businesses and industry.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation remains committed to making cooperation with academic institutions more concrete through initiatives that support entrepreneurship, promote innovation and contribute to increasing the competitiveness of Kosovo’s economy.
