The Minister, together with representatives of these companies, discussed Kosovo’s economic priorities in the field of environment and waste management, as well as our orientation towards sectors that guarantee sustainability and increase economic efficiency.
According to Minister Kusari-Lila, the focus of the conversation was on opportunities for German investment in the rehabilitation of building infrastructure, as well as potential cooperation in waste management and energy production projects.
She added that special attention was paid to the treatment of asbestos, as an important issue for the protection of the environment and public health.
Minister Kusari-Lila reiterated that the attraction of German companies to the Kosovo market is only growing, while the Government of Kosovo and the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation are committed to increasing interest and providing support and guarantees for a safe and sustainable environment for doing business in Kosovo.
