The meeting emphasized that from majestic mountains to cultural assets, Kosovo presents a very favourable terrain for the development of tourism. The discussions took place after participating in ITB Berlin 2026, held from 3 to 5 March with the support of KIESA, where these operators have been representing the country at this international fair for years.
The meeting addressed their role in promoting Kosovo, successes and challenges in presenting tourism products, establishing contacts with potential investors, as well as in bringing foreign tourists to visit Kosovo, along with raising the level of representation and presentation of the country.
Minister Kusari-Lila expressed her willingness to meet investors and build bridges of cooperation between the Government and foreign investors in the field of tourism, aiming at a sustainable economic development.
She emphasized that support will continue to be provided to businesses that contribute to the promotion and enhancement of Kosovo’s image in the international arena, while in cooperation with institutions, actions will be coordinated for a more dignified promotion of Kosovo tourism.
It was also emphasized that environmental preservation will be a priority, ensuring that tourism development is sustainable and in harmony with nature.
