Minister Kusari-Lila participates in the St. Gallen Symposium 2026 in Switzerland

The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, is participating in the 55th edition of the St. Gallen Symposium 2026 in Switzerland, one of the most important international events that brings together leaders from politics, economics and academia.

This forum serves as a platform that unites current decision-makers with the new generation of leaders, while this year’s theme, “Disrupted Age”, addresses the major global transformations, including developments in geopolitics, technology, and demographic changes that are affecting societies and economies around the world.

In this context, Minister Kusari-Lila emphasized the importance of Kosovo’s presence in this forum, describing it as an opportunity to present the country’s perspective and to be an active part of international discussions.

During her stay in Switzerland, she also visited the Abbey Library of St. Gallen, one of the oldest libraries in the world.

As part of the forum, the Minister will also participate in the panel “The Power of Politics vs. Power Politics – Strategic Interests in a New World – Safeguarding”, where she will discuss together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, the Minister of Information and Communication Technology of Namibia, Emma Theofelus, as well as the former US Ambassador to the United Nations and to Canada, Kelly Craft.
