The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, received in a meeting the representatives of GIZ, in a meeting, with whom she appreciated the cooperation so far and agreed on the next steps of the partnership.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that the advancement of green policies, the implementation of the Law on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as the operationalization of the Innovation Fund, remain key priorities for strengthening the private sector and creating a more favorable environment for economic development.
With the Director of GIZ in Kosovo, Daniel Alker, discussions were also held on the development of the business platform within the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK), with particular emphasis on increasing transparency regarding beneficial owners, the digitalization of services, and strengthening consumer protection.
Minister Kusari-Lila assessed that structural reforms and international cooperation remain fundamental pillars for the country’s economic development and the improvement of the business climate in Kosovo.
