Minister of Economy, Employment, Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments (MEETIESI), Rozeta Hajdari, on Tuesday, has met the representatives of KEDS Workers’ Syndicate, where they discussed about the current situation of workers and the services they provide in these emergency health conditions.
The members of the Syndicate have informed the Minister Hajdari about the situation and conditions in which the employees of this company work in the situation created due to the pandemic. Likewise, the Syndicate stated that KEDS employees are working nonstop to ensure electricity supply to all citizens of Kosovo. The Syndicate also requested from the minister to include KEDS employees in the emergency package of the Government of Kosovo, and be rewarded for their hard work.
The Minister, taking into consider their commitment at this time, thanks the KEDS staff, who are working 24 hours a day to provide nonstop electricity to our citizens in these circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Minister Hajdari promised them that she will visit them soon and will consider their requests.
