Minister of Trade and Industry, Endrit Shala, together with the Mayor of Malisheva, Ragip Begaj, have cut the ribbon for starting the works at the Business Incubator in this municipality, which is an investment of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Minister Shala said that a space of 600 square metre will be created for small businesses to operate and contribute to employment growth.
"We were together to see the works that are taking place in the Business Incubator in the Municipality of Malisheva, an investment realized by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, where a business incubator will be created which will create a space above 600 square metre for new businesses in the municipality of Malisheva. All this is done for our businesses in the Republic of Kosovo, in this case in the municipality of Malisheva, to create opportunities for the development of their business. At the same time, the Ministry of Trade and Industry will soon invest in infrastructure in the Economic Zone in Malisheva, "said Minister Shala.
Shala assured Mayor Begaj that this municipality will no longer be avoided by the central government, but there will be other investments as well.
"I want to assure the mayor of the municipality of Malisheva, the deputies of the area and all the inhabitants of the municipality of Malisheva for my personal dedication as a minister, but also the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, so that this municipality from now will not be treated as a 'blind spot' as it has been treated lately, but it will be treated just like all other municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo in order to also invest in the municipality of Malisheva and to create opportunities for businesses, "said Minister Shala.
Whereas, the Mayor of Malisheva, Ragip Begaj, said that this incubator will serve small businesses to have the best conditions to function.
"There will be a place where Malisheva businesses will have better conditions for action which will also help us as a municipality. At the same time, the economic zone is an open door for the development of Malisheva, which will serve as an artery that will help Malisheva and diaspora businesses," said Begaj.
At the start of the works of this incubator were the deputies Haxhi Shala and Enver Hoti; deputy minister of MTI, Arbëreshë Krasniqi and the deputy minister of MAFRD, Vesel Krasniqi.
