The Minister of Trade and Industry, Endrit Shala, held a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Pristina, Ruairi O’Connell.
Minister Shala thanked the Ambassador O'Connell for the support provided by the United Kingdom to Kosovo in economic development of the country and in strengthening the Institutions.
"Acknowledgment to the United Kingdom and Ambassador O'Conell for the continued support provided to Kosovo in strengthening our institutions. The Republic of Kosovo and the United Kingdom have excellent relationships and I hope that this relationships will focus in economic aspect too, by increasing trade exchanges, "said Minister Shala.
Whereas, the Ambassador Ruairi O'Connell thanked the minister for the cooperation, stressing that the United Kingdom would continue to support Kosovo.
The ambassador emphasized that the United Kingdom and Kosovo have a very special relationship and at the same time he stressed that the economic cooperation should become stronger.
