The Minister of Trade and Industry, Endrit Shala, as part of consumer protection measures, has issued an order obliging all economic operators that provide sales services of petroleum products to place charts indicating the prices of petroleum products (petroleum, petrol and LPG) at every selling point.
The price charts of the petroleum products should show the product prices on a permanent basis. They should be placed conspicuously at the front or entrance of the selling point with eligible prices.
This order is a continuum of the measures aimed to ensure consumer protection and price transparency so that Kosovo citizens are always notified before buying petroleum products.
In case of non-implementation, all economic operators shall be penalized in accordance with the applicable legislation.
