The World Bank (WB) recommendations for amending the Law on Inspections, administrative instructions in this area, and other joint projects between the World Bank and the Ministry of Trade and Industry were the topics of the virtual meeting, held by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Vesel Krasniqi with the manager of this bank, Massimiliano Paolucci.
Minister Krasniqi has informed about the work that has been done for the amendment of the Law on Inspection Reform, by amending two administrative instructions, which are already in force, as well as the work that is being done for implementing other recommendations.
By these administrative instructions, according to the Minister, were addressed the issuance of licenses, which are very important for businesses, as well as the changes that will take place in eliminating many bureaucratic processes.
Minister Krasniqi emphasized that in the second half of this year we will have ready the draft law on reforms in the inspectorate that will be forwarded to the Assembly of Kosovo for approval.
