Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mrs. Rozeta Hajdari, participated in the launch event of the Platform “My Business” for new support and existing enterprises with digital tools and services, which help empower enterprises and create space for increased performance and competitiveness.
This event has been organized within the ACCESS project, funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) with co-financing from the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET) and the Ministry of Economy (ME), which supports digital transformation in the public and private sector.
Minister Hajdari welcomed the launch of the platform, emphasizing that she will support any initiative that comes for empowerment, digitalization for start-ups, small and medium enterprises, with special emphasis on enterprises led by women and youth.
She said that the digitalization of businesses is very important, especially now in the difficult time of businesses while facing the COVID 19 pandemic. She also added that only with good coordination and a unified approach to business support can we succeed in increasing performance and the competitiveness of businesses, by facing current challenges posed by the pandemic.
The Minister thanked the Ambassador of Austria, Mr. Christoph WEIDINGER for project support and the representatives of the ECIKS organization, who are implementers of the ACCESS project.
Among the main activities of the project, implemented in cooperation with the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA) within MIET, are: 1 – Digital Empowerment Initiative (DEI); 2- Establishment of the Founder Service ‘My Business’ and 3- Internationalization of SMEs.
