The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MIET) informs the public that it is following with concern the numerous complaints of citizens against some cable operators in the Republic of Kosovo whose services are regulated by contract between parties.
The Department for Consumer Protection at MIET has received in the last few days over 100 complaints of the same nature, which it processed with priority for further treatment from the respective institutions.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade assures the citizens that it will undertake within the legal deadlines and through the responsible institutions all the necessary actions according to the relevant laws in force.
The MIET’s Department for Consumer Protection and the Central Market Surveillance Inspectorate remain maximally committed to protect consumer rights, and they invite citizens to submit complaints by calling the toll-free number 0800 11000 or at the email address: konsumatori@rks-gov.net.
